Translating Community Meetings/ Minutes & Emailing We can provide you with up-to-date community information, translated back to English (should the minutes be provided in Thai Language)
Mail Collection Allow us to collect your mail and raise any important issues to you if anything that has been posted requires your immediate attention
Bill/Tax Payments We can organise and schedule any require bill and tax payments in order to ensure a smooth continuation of your property
Property Inspections (Unoccupied) Weekly security & safety property check when unoccupied. A thorough inspection made of your property with a monthly report forwarded to you
Bi-Annual Structural / Cosmetic Reporting Bi-annual property report for structural and cosmetic repair requirements, with a full report forwarded to you
Secure Key holding Your keys will be kept in a safe location and will be available for you or your guests upon arrival.
           
Rental Property Services          
Supply Inventory Restocking x Your property needs to maintain a level of specified inventory for any rental stay.  We will check and replenish stock as necessary
Welcome Pack (Clients choice) x A small welcome pack of essentials can be prepared for the guest’s arrival:  for example: tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread / butter, water, juice etc
Cleaning – Changeover Services x If you are in between rental bookings, there is no better service than SPS to be responsible for the cleaning and trash removal burden.
Pre-arrival property check x We will ensure that electric, water and all appliances are operational at the beginning of the rental or season and switched off at the end.
Initial Food Stock (at request of guests) x We offer a refrigerator stock service for when guests arrive at the villa – we will go food shopping on your behalf based on a predetermined list
           
Rental Guest Services          
Western-National Guest Management x We know how important it is for guests to be welcomeD by a familiar face and language, therefore we always use English Nationals for G.M.
Arrange Airport Transfers x Private minibus service to and from the airport and property.  Guests will be collected as soon as their luggage is collected
Meet & Greet Guests x We will meet and greet your clients or guests to ensure they are happy and informed of any relevant information on arrival.
Walk through inspection with guests x Full and detailed inspection of the property with guests, highlighting rules, scheduling of services & answering guest questions
Management of Guest Security Deposit x Any security / breakage deposit is collected and stored in a safe place.
Maid service / cleaning x We offer a maid service for cleaning rental properties during the guest’s stay: cleaning, bed linen change, towel change, trash removal & laundry
On-Call Guest Management (24/7) x 24 hour, 7 days a week On-Call Guest Management, allowing guests to contact for advice or in the case of an emergency
Checking Inventory & Returning Breakage Deposits x You supply us with an inventory for us to check after rentals before any breakage deposits are returned.
           
Additional Guest Services          
Organise guest car rental x We can organise a rental car/vehicle so it is available from the outset of the guests stay. The vehicle shall be delivered direct to the property
Arrange guest chartered boat trips x Provide caelogues, price lists and advice on chartered boat trips.  Organise the trip and ensure high customer satisfaction
Hire of Accessories for babies x To save clients the trouble and cost of transporting bulky cots, high chairs etc. we are pleased to offer this new service for the 2012 season
