Samui Property Services (SPS) takes care of all the finer points of your Samui property rentals business for you.  All you have to do is sit back and receive the income!

The fees charged by us are easily recouped by regular letting and it is our intention to make sure that each booking goes as smoothly as possible, resulting in guests that wish to re-book the following year and recommend your property to others . . . Word of mouth advertising is probably about the best you can get!.

It is ideal for people who do not have the time or inclination to deal directly with their customers. It can be hard, time consuming work and it is important to be aware of the possible headaches it can involve. It is important to respond quickly to rental enquiries and our booking agency is contactable at all times.

If you are not 'on hand' it can be extremely beneficial to employ a letting agency to take good care of both the rental management and the comfort of your guests.

SPS offers multiple levels of cost-effective service to suit you.  We are proud to provide Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze Packages, ensuring the correct package can be selected to best fit your needs, both on a business and personal level.  We can also offer tailor-made packages – a hybrid of any of these.

Platinum:         Our Cream of the Cream Service Package.  SPS will fully control and coordinate all aspects of the business, from initial and ongoing marketing strategies, to booking enquiry management & property maintenance, right through to guest management and post-stay after service.

Gold:         Just one away from our premium Platinum service.  The Gold package offers you everything with the Silver package, plus we will fully management all booking enquires, questions and queries for you.  We are also fully responsible for all property administrative & accounting reporting / management, allowing you to specific monitor the financial success of your rental project.  We follow up with any prior guests requesting reviews and comments to boost for the purposes of marketing.

Silver:        Cover all aspects of Guest Management Services. We will prepare the villa (functioning & inventory) and ensure all guest requests are met prior to their arrival. During their stay we provide 24-hr Guest Management, including problem-solving, offering advice & organizing activities & rentals as they require. We provide maid/cleaning service and management of any security deposit payment. Subsequent to the guest stay, we perform a property security check. Cosmetic & structural inspections & reporting, mail collection and bill payment management, along with attending and translating community meetings / minutes and secure key-holding.

Bronze:      Our basic package covers all the essentials of keeping your property safe and operational, in times when no-one in at home. We will perform security checks, organize necessary property and equipment repairs, coordinate maintenance contractor. All of this reported back to you in the form of monthly statement.
