It is certainly not asked too much. The service you have delivered is outstanding and, as pointed out before, surprised me in a very positive way:
It is a few weeks ago our villa was looking worn out and I did not actually believe in bringing it back to a ‘to-rent-out’ shape. After having made experiences with much upward-potential with former managers, I did not truly believe to find someone on Samui to perform the service in a serious manner and get the villa back in shape. Looking back, it is a great thing to prove yourselve’s expectation being wrong once in a while. We have been extremely surprised in a positive way to have finally find someone who communicates and organises the way it is trustable. Compared to the previous managers we engaged, the differentiating factors were the skills in organising, offering in a transparent (and market-conform) way including offers sent over, reliable service and a hands-on approach. It was a surprising pleasure to see our villa getting back to old glory within a few weeks!

Dear John,
We signed up with Samui Property Services (SPS) in April 2013 and we are now 6+ months into our contract with you. So far everything had been very satisfactory and we are very happy with the level of service you offer us. Overall, your attention to detail seems to be spot on! SPS is dependable and communication is both clear and prompt. Certainly your level of hygiene and cleanliness is also excellent.
Whatever goes wrong, you seem to know the right people and have dependable resources to get the problem resolved in a short time frame.
We are still evaluating the level that you offer us and will definitely have a better read on this after one year is over. We stayed in our villa for the month of July when you managed it, and we were very happy with your services. In addition, John, thank you for helping us to rent out our property. Your priority is to keep the customers happy…and so far the customers seem happy!
With that said we have been completely satisfied with your management service and the quality of your work. Thanks you.
