We are a family business operating on Koh Samui, Thailand, with experience in Hotel and Property Management Services.  Nineteen years ago, we as a family settled on the Island; designed and built our very own dream rental property.  Having tried a number of Property Services, we soon realised that finding a reliable and trustworthy property management company on the Island was a challenge in itself.

From this, we decided to implement our very own package and pull together all the necessary resources to fully manage our rental property, at a service level we would expect.  SPS has now evolved and we now have the pleasure of offering this excellent service to other property owners on the Island.

SPS remains a small compact business, consciously limiting the number of clients we hold at any one time, ensuring a 100% care commitment to each and every property.  Our services range from a complete management and maintenance package, to individual services such as bespoke land purchase, design, architecture & build, legal aspects, even website design and marketing.
